This truck is supposedly owned by a Marine. I assume that if it isn't explicitly known to be true, lost amidst all the other signage is a small "Marines" sticker on the back window, so perhaps it was just an assumption that the individual who owns this truck is a Marine. In any event, whoever it is at least supports the Marines! This individual is from Arizona, which may also help to explain some of the opinions portrayed here. Whoever this is sure has a set, though, and that's another clue he/she is probably a Marine!
