So, where do we go from here? After watching and reading this, do any of you who still resisted, until today, the movement by 65% of Americans to repeal Obamacare, remain entrenched in that position? If so, do you realize what you are subjecting future generations to? Maybe it won't be your child, or your grandchild. (a) ESTABLISHMENT (1) IN GENERAL.here shall be in the Service a commissioned Regular Corps and a Ready Reserve Corps for service in time of national emergency. (2) REQUIREMENT.All commissioned officers shall be citizens of the United States and shall be appointed without regard to the civil-service laws and compensated without regard to the Classification Act 2 of 1923, as amended. (3) APPOINTMENT.Commissioned officers of the Ready Reserve Corps shall be appointed by the President and commissioned officers of the Regular Corps shall be appointed by the President with the advice and consent of the Senate. (4) ACTIVE DUTY.Commissioned officers of the Ready Reserve Corps shall at all times be subject to call to active duty by the Surgeon General, including active duty for the purpose of training. (5) WARRANT OFFICERS.Warrant officers may be appointed to the Service for the purpose of providing support to the health and delivery systems maintained by the Service and any warrant officer appointed to the Service shall be considered for purposes of this Act and title 37, United States Code, to be a commissioned officer within the Commissioned Corps of the Service. (b) ASSIMILATING RESERVE CORP OFFICERS INTO THE REGULAR CORPS.—Effective on the date of enactment of the Affordable Health Choices Act, all individuals classified as officers in the Reserve Corps under this section (as such section existed on the day before the date of enactment of such Act) and serving on active duty shall be deemed to be commissioned officers of the Regular Corps. [Note here that those personally appointed by BO -- without advice and consent of the Senate -- automatically become a part of the Regular Corps. Ed.] (c) PURPOSE AND USE OF READY RESERVE. (1) PURPOSE.The purpose of the Ready Reserve Corps is to fulfill the need to have additional Commissioned Corps personnel available on short notice (similar to the uniformed services reserve program) to assist regular Commissioned Corps personnel to meet both routine public health and emergency response missions. (2) USES.The Ready Reserve Corps shall (A) participate in routine training to meet the general and specific needs of the Commissioned Corps; (B) be available and ready for involuntary calls to active duty during national emergencies and public health crises, similar to the uniformed service reserve personnel; (C) be available for backfilling critical positions left vacant during deployment of active duty Commissioned Corps members, as well as for deployment to respond to public health emergencies, both foreign and domestic; and (D) be available for service assignment in isolated, hardship, and medically underserved communities (as defined in section 399SS) to improve access to health services. Apparently, in an intimate little meeting in Washington, Soros told Democratic money men that they should think about supporting a candidate other than barack obama, as obama doesn't seem to be able to deliver on their needs. Reaaly? What exactly does Soros, and those he controls - media, foundations, organizations and groups - want? What is their vision for America? No more bold colors? No more international leadership? Just a world of bland 2nd and 3rd tier countries all vying for anonymity? Come on Soros, certainly you can me more imaginative than that?

Well now, I like this guy's style, and his stand. Yep, I'm standing right along with him...

I think if you are too stupid to know how a ballot works, I don't want you deciding who should be running the most powerful nation in the world for the next four years.

I dislike those people standing in the intersections trying to sell me stuff or trying to guilt me into making 'donations' to their cause.... Get a job and do your part to support yourself and your family!

I believe that it doesn't take a village to raise a child, it takes two parents....

I believe 'illegal' is illegal no matter what the lawyers think!

Irreconcilable Differences: Is It Time For A Divorce?

I received this email today. I certainly agree with the sentiment that Conservative American and Socialist American ideologies are, and always will be, incompatible! Some of the minor terms of the agreement may need to be amended somewhat, but the major ones I'm pretty much in agreement on. Yeah, I'm pretty much ready for a divorce...

THIS IS SO INCREDIBLY WELL PUT AND I CAN HARDLY BELIEVE IT'S BY A YOUNG PERSON, A STUDENT!!! WHATEVER HE RUNS FOR, I'LL VOTE FOR HIM.

Dear American liberals, leftists, social progressives, socialists, Marxists and Obama supporters, et al:

We have stuck together since the late 1950's for the sake of the kids, but the whole of this latest election process has made me realize that I want a divorce. I know we tolerated each other for many years for the sake of future generations, but sadly, this relationship has clearly run its course.

Our two ideological sides of America cannot and will not ever agree on what is right for us all, so let's just end it on friendly terms. We can smile and chalk it up to irreconcilable differences and go our own way.

Here is a model separation agreement: Our two groups can equitably divide up the country by landmass each taking a similar portion. That will be the difficult part, but I am sure our two sides can come to a friendly agreement. After that, it should be relatively easy! Our respective representatives can effortlessly divide other assets since both sides have such distinct and disparate tastes.

We don't like redistributive taxes so you can keep them. You are welcome to the liberal judges and the ACLU. Since you hate guns and war, we'll take our firearms, the cops, the NRA and the military. We'll take the nasty, smelly oil industry and you can go with wind, solar and biodiesel. You can keep Oprah, Michael Moore and Rosie O'Donnell. You are, however, responsible for finding a bio-diesel vehicle big enough to move all three of them.

We'll keep capitalism, greedy corporations, pharmaceutical companies, Wal-Mart and Wall Street. You can have your beloved lifelong welfare dwellers, food stamps, homeless, homeboys, hippies, druggies and illegal aliens. We'll keep the hot Alaskan hockey moms, greedy CEO's and rednecks. We'll keep the Bibles and give you NBC and Hollywood.

You can make nice with Iran and Palestine and we'll retain the right to invade and hammer places that threaten us. You can have the peaceniks and war protesters. When our allies or our way of life are under assault, we'll help provide them security.

We'll keep our Judeo-Christian values. You are welcome to Islam, Scientology, Humanism, political correctness and Shirley McClain. You can also have the U.N. but we will no longer be paying the bill.

We'll keep the SUV's, pickup trucks and oversized luxury cars. You can take every Subaru station wagon you can find.

You can give everyone healthcare if you can find any practicing doctors. We'll continue to believe healthcare is a luxury and not a right. We'll keep "The Battle Hymn of the Republic" and "The National Anthem." I'm sure you'll be happy to substitute "Imagine", "I'd Like to Teach the World to Sing", "Kum Ba Ya" or "We Are the World".

We'll practice trickle down economics and you can continue to give trickle up poverty your best shot. Since it often so offends you, we'll keep our history, our name and our flag.

Would you agree to this? In the spirit of friendly parting, I'll let you answer which one of us will need whose help in 15 years.

It was bad enough when the authorities fined a couple of kids running a lemonade stand. In fact that was downright stupid. But if S 510 passes, you won't even be able to feed your family, lawfully, from your own garden! And that's pure maliciousness by our government. Be very leery of this intrusion into our lives, and the cost it will have on our sovereignty. Bill S.510 was introduced in March of 2009 by Senator Dick Durbin, Democrat of Illinois. It was co-sponsored by Lamar Alexander [R-TN], Jeff Bingaman [D-NM], Richard Burr [R-NC], Roland Burris [D-IL], Robert Casey [D-PA], Saxby Chambliss [R-GA], Christopher Dodd [D-CT], Michael Enzi [R-WY], Kirsten Gillibrand [D-NY], Judd Gregg [R-NH], Thomas Harkin [D-IA], Orrin Hatch [R-UT], John Isakson [R-GA], Edward Kaufman [D-DE], Edward Kennedy [D-MA], Amy Klobuchar [D-MN], Robert Menéndez [D-NJ], Ben Nelson [D-NE], Tom Udall [D-NM], David Vitter [R-LA].

Pass this list to the people you know - especially those not quite as active in the blogging/political world as we may be. Here are the 32 Senators who are up for re-election in 2012. We must work hard these next two years to ensure that all the Democrats, both Independents, and several Republicans are cut loose in 2012. But for the next two years, let's hold their feet to the fire! After what happened in Florida this year, my Senator, Bill Nelson, must be sitting on pins and needles! He has been very unresponsive to my expectations over the past two years, despite repeated coaching from me! Maybe the election woke him up, we'll see. Somehow I doubt it. But given what I saw this year, I'm not sure why a majority would vote to retain him in 2012. I surely hope not, he is not a friend of the Constitution or conservatives. Is your Senator here?

There are 32 Senators up for re-election in 2012. Twenty one of them are Democrats, 2 are "independents", and nine are Republicans, some of whom are RINO's. We have an opportunity over the next two years to pressure each and everyone of them to side with the conservative Republicans currently in office as well as those we just elected and are sending to Washington on repealing Obamacare, cutting spending initially to 2000 levels, squashing Cap and Trade, squashing the Dream Act, getting serious about securing our borders and enforcing existing immigration laws, and beginning the process of returning to sound Constitutional law in America. We may never have a better opportunity than this.

So, for all of you who have a Senator up for re-election in 2012, of which I am one (Bill Nelson, Dem, of Florida; think he got the message?), if you haven't already, start an active dialogue with that Senator and know exactly where he stands and how he votes on these issues. But just as importantly, remember how he has voted in the past, for he will have a propensity to return to that ideology if he is given an additional 8 year term in 2012. Stay vigilant!

Who Thinks Shari'a Law Is The Answer?

Obviously a judge in Oklahoma sees no problem with it. And while 70% of Oklahomans voted to prevent Shari'a Law from being used to decide cases in that state, 30% voted for it! Take a look at this, and then you decide! Is this something you would want for your wife? Your daughter? Your girlfriend? A friend? Yourself? Some of the images here are quite graphic, so be prepared. Maybe now you'll realize that maybe there's a practical reason why Islamic women are required to wear face coverings. And why they are hardly ever, if ever, seen without full-length burkas. God be merciful on these women, they've seen Hell, lived Hell, are still living in Hell! Take a solid, unmovable, unwavering stand against Shari'a Law in America. Not one single facet should be accepted, no matter how benign it is portrayed by Islamists or our government. Their is no place for Shari'a Law in our society, in our culture. Period!


Quran 8:59: "The infidels should not think that they can get away from us. Prepare against them whatever arms and weaponry you can muster so that you may terrorize them. They are your enemy and Allah's enemy."

And we put officials from these countries on UN Commissions for Human Rights? Are you kidding me? Why are so many afraid to stand against this? Are you? Or will you stand and vocally and actively oppose this? Who is so devoid of empathy that they can not, will not, speak out against this evil?

God also have mercy on any of us who do not denounce this unspeakable insanity. For while the women and children in these countries have done their time in Hell, any of us who do not stand against this may be sentencing our grandchildren to their time in Hell. And with that eventuality, God will see to it that we'll find ourselves in Hell as well!
