Where Is Your Self-Respect?

You may not agree with the political views I hold. You may not believe, as I believe, that America is in peril from within, by the very people we have elected to government and those who they associate with. You may not see, as I see, that we are at a crossroads and that when Obama said he was "5 days away from fundamentally transforming America" he meant it. But make no mistake, many, of which I am one, have taken a stand. I believe the stand I've taken is based in fact and truth; love for country and liberty for ALL.

Others, many very powerful, have taken a stand against my position. They want to revolt against the capitalist system. They want to socialize America - they're well on their way with the auto company takeover, health reform, cap & trade, regulation of communication mediums, ownership through Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac of over 50% of ALL property in America, and The Climate Change Treaty which is soon to be signed by our esteemed leader in Copenhagen, and which will create a one-world entity to oversee that treaty.They are in the process of devaluing the dollar. They have empowered unions (but to what end? I contend we will know by the mid-term elections).

So, where do you stand? Are you the person who holds views based upon your own research or are you the person who is still "the good little lemming" following along because so-and-so said so? Are you the person who has so much disdain for the promise of America that you can casually sit on the fence, in your own little world, while the country disintegrates beneath you? Are you that apathetic? Where is your self-respect?

I can't respect that type of person. I believe you need to take a stand based on knowledge! I don't care which side you chose, if it's what you really believe, but, by God, take a stand!! And then live with your stand, and what it changes America into. Because, make no mistake, America is about to change. She may change for the good, but she may change for the worse. Your stand WILL make a difference.
