"When the people find they can vote themselves money, that will herald the end of the republic." - Benjamin Franklin;
"And when politicians find that honor and character matter less than buying votes and a constituency, that too will herald the end of the Constitution. When that happens we must work tirelessly to change their minds, or their occupation!" - Hoping The Blind Will See

4th Of July Is Just Around The Corner; Express Your Gratitude To Every Serviceman You Know, For Freedom Isn't Free

I PLEDGE ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG, OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,  AND TO THE REPUBLIC, FOR WHICH IT STANDS, ONE NATION UNDER GOD, INDIVISIBLE, WITH LIBERTY AND JUSTICE FOR ALL!

Acknowledge and support All of our military personnel, wherever they may be who so steadfastly protect and defend our Country and our Freedom. Thanks to them, and their sacrifices, we can celebrate the 4th of July . We must never forget who gets the credit for the freedoms we have, of which we should be Eternally grateful. - our servicemen!

I watched the flag pass by one day,
It fluttered in the breeze.
A young Marine saluted it,
And then he stood at ease..

I looked at him in uniform
So young, so tall, so proud,
With hair cut square and eyes alert
He'd stand out in any crowd .

I thought how many men like him
Had fallen through the years.
How many died on foreign soil
How many mothers' tears?

How many pilots' planes shot down?
How many died at sea
How many foxholes were soldiers' graves ?
No, freedom isn't free

I heard the sound of Taps one night,
When everything was still,
I listened to the bugler play
And felt a sudden chill.

I wondered just how many times
That Taps had meant 'Amen,'
When a flag had draped a coffin.
Of a brother or a friend.

I thought of all the children,
Of the mothers and the wives,
Of fathers, sons and husbands
With interrupted lives.

I Thought about a graveyard
At the bottom of the sea
Of unmarked graves in Arlington .
No, freedom isn't free . - Anonymous

Enjoy Your Freedom & God Bless Our Troops; please say a prayer for our servicemen. Of all the gifts you could give a US serviceman, prayer is the very best one; followed closely by unwavering support.

I love you all for your service, you do immeasurable good for our country. Hold firm to your oaths, your honor and your integrity - for in the end, they DO mean something! Our Founders knew that, and countless serviceman from wars past knew it as well. God Bless You All!

If You Aren't Outraged By What You See In Your Country, You Aren't Paying Attention!
