What gives our elected officials the right to tax us, and then spend that money to buy the votes to pass legislation that will cost us all even MORE money? What is wrong with this Congress? What is wrong with Americans for taking this without some meaningful reaction? Instead, we sit in our living rooms and a.) hide our heads in the sitcoms, or b.) complain to our spouse, but do nothing. There are some who are writing their Congressmen, but that has had little effect with this congress, so what's the point.
We have all been taught that actions have consequences, but there seems to be NO consequences for this group. So what's the game plan? Can we afford to wait until the 2010 elections, hoping that there will be a substantial backlash that will reshape the make-up of our Congress. And even if there is, what guarantee do we have that those we newly elect won't contract corruptousitus?
How long can we procrastinate before the silent majority decides that matters can best be addressed though our own hands and actions?

Is This Political Suicide?
Look what has been happening over the past 9 months. The tax-day Tea Party rallies, largely dissed by the Democratic politicians. August town-hall meetings attended by huge groups of people - largely discounted by the Democratic politicians. The 9/12 March on Washington, attended by 10's (if not 100's) of thousands, yet ridiculed and dismissed by the Democratic politicians. The millions of office visits, emails, and letters by constituents largely ignored by the Democratic politicians. The name calling and belittling of conservative America. And through it all, Obama and his administration has been exerting enormous pressure to pass all manner of spending initiatives.
So I ask, what does Obama and his legion of cronies have on all these politicians that would cause them to ignore their constituencies and in many cases commit political suicide? That's a question I'd love an answer to!

Are We Now Just The Land Of The Red?
What wver happened to the "White and Blue"? Here's an article from the English Edition of Pravda - if the Russians can see what's happeneing, why can't Americans? This was written at the end of May. Imagine what they're writing now!

It must be said, that like the breaking of a great dam, the American descent into Marxism is happening with breath taking speed, against the back drop of a passive, hapless sheeple, excuse me dear reader, I meant people.
True, the situation has been well prepared on and off for the past century, especially the past twenty years. The initial testing ground was conducted upon our Holy Russia and a bloody test it was. But we Russians would not just roll over and give up our freedoms and our souls, no matter how much money Wall Street poured into the fists of the Marxists.
Those lessons were taken and used to properly prepare the American populace for the surrender of their freedoms and souls, to the whims of their elites and betters.
First, the population was dumbed down through a politicized and substandard education system based on pop culture, rather than the classics. Americans know more about their favorite TV dramas than the drama in DC that directly affects their lives. They care more for their "right" to choke down a McDonalds burger or a Burger King burger than for their constitutional rights. Then they turn around and lecture us about our rights and about our "democracy". Pride blinds the foolish.
Then their faith in God was destroyed, until their churches, all tens of thousands of different "branches and denominations" were for the most part little more than Sunday circuses and their televangelists and top Protestant mega preachers were more than happy to sell out their souls and flocks to be on the "winning" side of one pseudo Marxist politician or another. Their flocks may complain, but when explained that they would be on the "winning" side, their flocks were ever so quick to reject Christ in hopes for earthly power. Even our Holy Orthodox churches are scandalously liberalized in America .
The final collapse has come with the election of Barack Obama. His speed in the past three months has been truly impressive. His spending and money printing has been a record setting, not just in America 's short history but in the world. If this keeps up for more than another year, and there is no sign that it will not, America at best will resemble the Weimar Republic and at worst Zimbabwe .
These past two weeks have been the most breath taking of all. First came the announcement of a planned redesign of the American Byzantine tax system, by the very thieves who used it to bankroll their thefts, loses and swindles of hundreds of billions of dollars. These make our Russian oligarchs look little more than ordinary street thugs, in comparison. Yes, the Americans have beat our own thieves in the shear volumes. Should we congratulate them?
These men, of course, are not an elected panel but made up of appointees picked from the very financial oligarchs and their henchmen who are now gorging themselves on trillions of American dollars, in one bailout after another. They are also usurping the rights, duties and powers of the American congress (parliament). Again, congress has put up little more than a whimper to their masters.
Then came Barack Obama's command that GM's (General Motors) president step down from leadership of his company. That is correct, dear reader, in the land of "pure" free markets, the American president now has the power, the self given power, to fire CEOs and we can assume other employees of private companies, at will. Come hither, go dither, the centurion commands his minions.
So it should be no surprise, that the American president has followed this up with a "bold" move of declaring that he and another group of unelected, chosen stooges will now redesign the entire automotive industry and will even be the guarantor of automobile policies. I am sure that if given the chance, they would happily try and redesign it for the whole of the world, too. Prime Minister Putin, less than two months ago, warned Obama and UK 's Blair, not to follow the path to Marxism, it only leads to disaster. Apparently, even though we suffered 70 years of this Western sponsored horror show, we know nothing as foolish, drunken Russians, so let our "wise" Anglo-Saxon fools find out the folly of their own pride.
Again, the American public has taken this with barely a whimper...but a "freeman" whimper.
So, should it be any surprise to discover that the Democrat controlled Congress of America is working on passing a new regulations that would give the American Treasury department the power to set "fair" maximum salaries, evaluate performance and control how private companies give out pay raises and bonuses? Senator Barney Frank, a social pervert basking in his homosexuality (of course, amongst the modern, enlightened American societal norm, as well as that of the general West, homosexuality is not only not a looked down upon life choice, but is often praised as a virtue) and his Marxist enlightenment, has led this effort. He stresses that this only affects companies that receive government monies, but it is retroactive and taken to a logical extreme, this would include any company or industry that has ever received a tax break or incentive.
The Russian owners of American companies and industries should look thoughtfully at this and the option of closing their facilities down and fleeing the land of the Red as fast as possible. In other words, divest while there is still value left. The proud American will go down into his slavery without a fight, beating his chest and proclaiming to the world, how free he really is. The world will only snicker.

Lost Respect and Decorum For Our Most Revered Institutions
For one thing, the current administration is building an infrastructure, largely unseen, that is rendering our Congress obsolete. Sad but true.
But I want to talk about the State Supreme Court of Vermont in this article. Imagine any "important" judicial body lowering themselves to the point that they are hearing trivial cases. That's what's happening in Vermont as the SSC is trying to determine the value of a dog's love. Is this ridiculous, or what? Now I know that there are many of you out there who love your dogs. And I've had, and lost, dogs throughout my life too. But they are just dogs! There are thousands of dogs out there just waiting to be adopted!
In the specific case here, a dog got loose, wandered onto someone elses property, and was shot. If this case is found to have merit, then why not a cat? A bird? a Fish? A Snake, even? What about if a dog is hit by a car it's chasing? This is ludicrous, plain and simple. And while I feel bad for anyone who loses a pet at someone elses hand, it is NOT the end of the world, and it should NOT have compensatory damages attached to it.
Wake Up America - more Progressive "feel good" legislation from the bench is on the way!

Do They Really Believe?
In the most recent poll, over 1/3rd of those polled claim they believe Healthcare Reform will cost them less. Do they really believe that, or are they just uninformed? And if they are just uninformed, how do we get them to engage their brains in the debate?
And while on Healthcare Reform, how is it that the newest form of legislation doesn't include healthcare for everyone - the public option is gone, the Medicare issue is moot - which was their selling point wehen this all started. But instead, the Dems now tout the legislation as reducing healthcare costs (which it still won't) in my opinion? Why is ANY healthcare reform legislation so important to them? It's for one reason only. Healthcare Reform was never about you or me, or any other of the 300 million plus Americans our Congressmen claim to be concerned about. It was about government control over our lives, and it still is - period. Why would you want to give up that liberty?

Politicians are the only people in the world who create problems and then campaign against them.
Have you ever wondered, if both the Democrats and the Republicans are against deficits, WHY do we have deficits?
Have you ever wondered, if all the politicians are against inflation and high taxes, WHY do we have inflation and high taxes?
You and I don't propose a federal budget. The president does.
You and I don't have the Constitutional authority to vote on appropriations. The House of Representatives does.
You and I don't write the tax code, Congress does.
You and I don't set fiscal policy, Congress does.
You and I don't control monetary policy, the Federal Reserve Bank does.
One hundred senators, 435 congressmen, one president, and nine Supreme Court justices equate to 545 human beings out of the 300 million are directly, legally, morally, and individually responsible for the domestic problems that plague this country.
I excluded the members of the Federal Reserve Board because that problem was created by the Congress. In 1913, Congress delegated its Constitutional duty to provide a sound currency to a federally chartered, but private, central bank.
I excluded all the special interests and lobbyists for a sound reason.. They have no legal authority. They have no ability to coerce a senator, a congressman, or a president to do one cotton-picking thing. I don't care if they offer a politician $1 million dollars in cash. The politician has the power to accept or reject it. No matter what the lobbyist promises, it is the legislator's responsibility to determine how he votes.
Those 545 human beings spend much of their energy convincing you that what they did is not their fault. They cooperate in this common con regardless of party...
What separates a politician from a normal human being is an excessive amount of gall. No normal human being would have the gall of a Speaker, who stood up and criticized the President for creating deficits.. The president can only propose a budget. He cannot force the Congress to accept it.
The Constitution, which is the supreme law of the land, gives sole responsibility to the House of Representatives for originating and approving appropriations and taxes. Who is the speaker of the House? Nancy Pelosi. She is the leader of the majority party. She and fellow House members, not the president, can approve any budget they want. If the president vetoes it, they can pass it over his veto if they agree to.
It seems inconceivable to me that a nation of 300 million can not replace 545 people who stand convicted -- by present facts -- of incompetence and irresponsibility. I can't think of a single domestic problem that is not traceable directly to those 545 people. When you fully grasp the plain truth that 545 people exercise the power of the federal government, then it must follow that what exists is what they want to exist.
If the tax code is unfair, it's because they want it unfair.
If the budget is in the red, it's because they want it in the red ..
If the Army &Marines are in IRAQ , it's because they want them in IRAQ
If they do not receive social security but are on an elite retirement plan not available to the people, it's because they want it that way.
There are no insoluble government problems.
Do not let these 545 people shift the blame to bureaucrats, whom they hire and whose jobs they can abolish; to lobbyists, whose gifts and advice they can reject; to regulators, to whom they give the power to regulate and from whom they can take this power. Above all, do not let them con you into the belief that there exists disembodied mystical forces like "the economy," "inflation," or "politics" that prevent them from doing what they take an oath to do.
Those 545 people, and they alone, are responsible.
They, and they alone, have the power.
They, and they alone, should be held accountable by the people who are their bosses.
Provided the voters have the gumption to manage their own employees.
We should vote all of them out of office and clean up their mess!

A Different Christmas Poem; Remember the Soldier Who Protects Our Freedom
The
embers glowed softly, and in their dim light,
I gazed round the room and I cherished the sight.
My wife was asleep, her head on my chest,
My daughter beside me, angelic in rest.
Outside the snow fell, a blanket of white,
Transforming the yard to a winter delight.
The sparkling lights in the tree I believe,
Completed the magic that was Christmas Eve.
My eyelids were heavy, my breathing was deep,
Secure and surrounded by love I would sleep.
In perfect contentment, or so it would seem,
So I slumbered, perhaps I started to dream.
The sound wasn't loud, and it wasn't too near,
But I opened my eyes when it tickled my ear..
Perhaps just a cough, I didn't quite know, Then the
sure sound of footsteps outside in the snow.
My soul gave a tremble, I struggled to hear,
And I crept to the door just to see who was near.
Standing out in the cold and the dark of the night,
A lone figure stood, his face weary and tight.
A soldier, I puzzled, some twenty years old,
Perhaps a Marine, huddled here in the cold.
Alone in the dark, he looked up and smiled,
Standing watch over me, and my wife and my child.
"What are you doing?" I asked without fear,
"Come in this moment, it's freezing out here!
Put down your pack, brush the snow from your sleeve,
You should be at home on a cold Christmas Eve!"
For barely a moment I saw his eyes shift,
Away from the cold and the snow blown in drifts..
To the window that danced with a warm fire's light
Then he sighed and he said "Its really all right,
I'm out here by choice. I'm here every night."
"It's my duty to stand at the front of the line,
That separates you from the darkest of times.
No one had to ask or beg or implore me,
I'm proud to stand here like my fathers before me.
My Gramps died at ' Pearl on a day in December,"
Then he sighed, "That's a Christmas 'Gram always remembers."
My dad stood his watch in the jungles of ' Nam ',
And now it is my turn and so, here I am.
I've not seen my own son in more than a while,
But my wife sends me pictures, he's sure got her smile.
Then he bent and he carefully pulled from his bag,
The red, white, and blue... an American flag.
I can live through the cold and the being alone,
Away from my family, my house and my home.
I can stand at my post through the rain and the sleet,
I can sleep in a foxhole with little to eat.
I can carry the weight of killing another,
Or lay down my life with my sister and brother..
Who stand at the front against any and all,
To ensure for all time that this flag will not fall.."
" So go back inside," he said, "harbor no fright,
Your family is waiting and I'll be all right."
"But isn't there something I can do, at the least,
"Give you money," I asked, "or prepare you a feast?
It seems all too little for all that you've done,
For being away from your wife and your son."
Then his eye welled a tear that held no regret,
"Just tell us you love us, and never forget.
To fight for our rights back at home while we're gone,
To stand your own watch, no matter how long.
For when we come home, either standing or dead,
To know you remember we fought and we bled.
Is payment enough, and with that we will trust,
That we mattered to you as you mattered to us."

Have "They" Gotten To You Already?

On
9/11/09 I wrote to you (see letter below) requesting that you provide me with answers
to my specific questions. I have been patient, waiting nearly two months for
those answers, and yet I have received nothing – not a letter, not a note, nor
an email – to satisfy that request. That is unacceptable to me. You may be a
Senator, but I am a U.S. Citizen and I require answers to the questions I ask
of my elected officials. The arrogance and disdain so many in Washington have
for ordinary Americans is appalling. Though I do have a Representative who will
respond to me – every time I write, and who will occasionally send me a letter
in response to some question I have, or some information I have requested.
So,
please, at your earliest convenience, respond to the questions I’ve outlined
below. And while you’re at it, please explain why you felt you could ignore my
request in the first place. Thank you for your time.

Senator LeMieux,
Congratulations
on your appointment as US Senator of Florida. I am sure you are very proud of
that accomplishment. But with that appointment comes grave responsibility –
particularly in these historic times.
I
am one of those Tea Party guys – conservative, never politically active, heck,
hardly politically aware until recently, although I have always voted for the
most conservative choice running. But things all changed for me – and many of
us – during this past election cycle. So now I am more politically
aware. Now I do write my Senators and US Representative to explain my
expectations and learn those of my elected officials who represent Florida and,
more importantly, America. Now I do research the issues, watch the
voting records, and listen intently to the arguments.
I
am enormously disappointed in my government. The more I learn, the more I
research, both about our government and this President and his administration
and his “Special Advisors” the more angry I become. Like many Americans today,
I do not trust the government any longer – because the government has failed
us. Many of our elected officials have not honored their oath to
serve and protect the Constitution of the United States. I am one of those
individuals, from all across America, who will ensure that our elected
officials will do so from now on.
You
took an oath to protect and to serve the Constitution of the United States.
That is a huge responsibility. So I am asking you flat out – will you do
everything within your power to do so?
As
one of my Senators, I expect that you stand on principle and that you do so
with enormous integrity. I expect that you speak clearly, and clearly define
your positions. I expect no equivocation, no fence sitting, and no
political-speak. I have had enough of that. I am tired of that.
I
expect that you will vote against any new spending. Our deficit
is out of control, and until we have our debt paid, there can be no more
spending. To that end I expect that this Congress ensure that the unfunded
liability of Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid be addressed and a
comprehensive plan to fix those programs be designed and implemented before
we take on the burden of creating any other government programs regardless of
how minor they may appear to be. That includes Health Care Reform. Do not be
bullied, coerced, or manipulated when it comes to spending. Stand firm.
I
believe that we have been dependent upon foreign oil as our main source of
energy long enough. I expect you to vote for legislation that will allow
Americans to research and develop all forms of energy, from
wherever it can be found – coal, oil, natural gas, nuclear energy, new
refineries, etc, etc. Restrictions that prevent our independence and success in
this area must go!
The
border issue must be addressed! Our borders must be secured
permanently from breach by illegal immigrants and foreign threats -
immediately. In addition, the illegal immigrant issue must be
addressed. Enforce the immigration laws of this country! Any
illegal immigrant must be deported as soon as they are identified. I’m sure
there are several ways to do this, yet our government has seen fit not to do
so. Why? Here are a couple of ways – first, unequivocally, no licenses
or other official documents for illegal immigrants. Secondly, undisputed
identification at the voting booths. That means finger/thumb print or eye scan.
Forget what the ACLU says – in general, they are a progressive organization out
to destroy America. We have an obligation to know who is voting in America –
there has been too much fraud in past elections. By implementing this process,
if illegal immigrants come to the voting booth they will be identified and can
be immediately deported. Thirdly, when an illegal immigrant comes to the
emergency room for health care, provide it, and then have them immediately
deported. This issue is not going away unless someone, or some ones, in Washington
take a stand. Will you have that kind of integrity? Will you stand on that
principle? Or will you just be part of the existing morass in Washington?
Lastly
I expect comprehensive tax reform. The fair tax is the solution I am for. Sixty
thousand plus pages of tax code is ridiculous, would you agree?
I
expect all these things to be addressed and fixed before we burden
ourselves with issues like “global warming”, or the “greening” of America and
all that goes along with that. Those issues have not been satisfactorily
proved, as the debate on both sides can provide “proof” of their arguments. So
to “fundamentally change” America on a whim is not my idea of protecting
America.
I
believe the United States of America is the greatest country in the
world. I find it laughable, but also scary and frustrating, when I hear
progressive liberals (socialists) say that we are the only major country in the
world that doesn’t have this, or who doesn’t have that. Why would we want to be
like other countries? None are as great, as compassionate, or have
sacrificed as much in terms of resources – human and material – as we have. So
I ask again, why would we want to be like other countries?
We
have Congressmen in office to make these hard decisions and develop comprehensive
plans to address the pressing issues of the day. Instead, they continue to
avoid these issues. Well, no longer! Will you take this opportunity – given to
you freely, but unexpectedly – to fight for the America that was founded 250 or
so years ago with the signing of the Declaration of Independence and the
Constitution of the United States? Or will you squander it? The choice is
yours, but I, and many like me, am watching.
I
would appreciate an answer to all my specific questions addressed in this letter.
I know I discussed many issues, but I have a right to know your position on
them. I would further appreciate that you not send a “boiler-plate” response,
as that will not adequately provide the insight I am looking for. Thank you in
advance.

Why legislation has to be written in terms that ordinary citizens find intimidating and difficult to read? I mean other than the obvious one of obfuscation?
That legislation is written in unreasonable lengths? Remember the Constitution was only 6 pages long, and it created the foundation of a country!
That intelligent people still believe that humankind can significantly influence the climate by changing our behavior?
Why leadership around the world is looking to create a one-world government, a one-world bank, and a one-world currency?
That our own government would be trying to undermine our economy through policy and legislation?
That our President cohorts with not one, but two convicted felons? And that he has surrounded himself with radical thinkers, socialists, and yes, even communists in his cabinet and adviser ranks?
Why our elected officials leave writing legislation to special interest groups, and then vote on that legislation based upon how they feel about the special interest (i.e. how much money they received from that group) without even reading it?
That the "change you can believe in" is still embraced by too many Americans even after everything that has come to light about Obama's associations, and his misrepresentation of his politics during the campaign (didn't campaign on the far left)?
That we would need a 2nd Bill of Rights, something espouse by FDR (and soundly dismissed by the masses), but now once again embraced by Obama and Cass Sunstein?
That our elected officials feel compelled by this administration to ignore the will of the people, even at the peril of losing their careers?
That we allow felons, tax cheats, and corrupt politicians to not only remain in government, but to thrive there because of their illegal behavior!
That the Obama Administration would be following the "how to" manual Listen to Your Mother: Stand Up Straight! How Progressives Can Win written in 2006, in jail, by Robert Creamer, husband of Congresswoman Jan Schakowski (D-IL, now there's a surprise), and a convicted felon, almost to the letter?
Why there isn't more outrage by average American citizens? Or why apathy is thriving in our society?
Wake Up America! Pretty soon it'll be too late, and, in the words of lovable Joe Biden, "then what will you do?"

On November 17, an incident took place aboard AirTran Flight 297 scheduled to fly from Atlanta Hartsfield Airport to Houston that the media does not want to cover and everyone from the airline to the TSA and other government agencies want to keep very quiet. The reasons, I have been told, is fear of predatory lawsuits, negative publicity from accusations of religious profiling, and the obligatory subjugation to mindless mandatory Muslim sensitivity training that make a mockery of our American system of values. Interestingly, one airline official told me “we don’t want to become another flight 300,” which is a reference to a very similar scenario that took place aboard US Airways Flight 300 exactly three years ago.
I was first contacted about this incident two days after it happened by a passenger who was aboard AirTran Flight 297. Based on the allegations made by this passenger, we conducted additional research, interviews and investigation, all of which takes time to insure accuracy, and are now able to release our report of the incident that took place aboard that aircraft. Be prepared to be shocked, angered, and perhaps saddened by our national and corporate acquiescence to mafia-type tactics by Islamists who are engaged in a full frontal assault, and laughing about it.
Unsurprisingly, the facts we developed during the course of our investigation are inconsistent with those being reported in the media, despite the media having the responsibility to report the truth.
The incident
A group of thirteen men dressed in traditional Muslim attire were among 73 passengers who boarded AirTran Flight 297 on Tuesday, 17 November 2009, a routine flight scheduled to depart Atlanta Hartsfield Airport, gate C-16 at 4:43 PM ET to Houston Hobby Airport. Reports developed by this investigator found two witnesses who observed direct interaction among all of these Muslim men at the terminal.
As the passengers boarded the aircraft, two of the Muslim men took seats in first class, while the remaining eleven were seated throughout the remaining rows of the aircraft. Most had carrying-on bags that they stowed in the overhead compartments above their seats.
As the aircraft began to taxi to the runway, a female flight attendant was beginning to issue the normal passenger advisories over the PA system. Almost on cue at the time passengers were told to turn off all electronic devices, one of the Muslim men seated in the front of the plane began to use his cell phone in a manner that was described by a flight attendant and passenger “as deliberate and obvious.” He was talking loudly in Arabic, nearly at the level of the flight attendant. Some reports suggest that this man actually called another Muslim passenger, although this has not been immediately confirmed. It is possible, however, as another passenger reported that a Muslim man seated toward the rear of the plane answered his cellular phone at the same time the man in the front began using his.
At this point, the flight attendant in the front of the plane approached the Muslim man using his telephone and instructed him to immediately turn it off. A second female flight attendant did the same at the rear of the aircraft. Concurrent with this cellular activity, two other Muslim men seated adjacent near the middle of the aircraft began operating what one passenger described as a palm type camcorder, ostensibly to view previously taken footage. It is possible, according to one flight attendant interviewed by this investigator, however, that the camcorder was being used for recording purposes. Whatever its use, a third flight attendant, aware of the incidents taking place in the front and rear of the aircraft, approached the two men for the purpose of securing the camcorder. At least two passengers reported that the men became abusive to the flight attendant and initially refused to comply with her request.
It was at this time that most of the passengers began to notice the multiple incidents involving over a dozen men dressed in Islamic attire. Next, as if previously rehearsed, at least ten of the 13 Muslim men aboard the aircraft began to leave their seats at the same time. At least one passenger stated she observed one of the Muslim passengers using his cell phone to take photos of other passengers on the aircraft, while one other Muslim passenger sang loudly in Arabic. According to information provided to this investigator from one of the flight crew who was alerted to an onboard emergency, the aircraft was now being taxied back to the terminal. The TSA, FAA and FBI were notified.
At the terminal
Once back at the terminal, the thirteen men were escorted from the aircraft by TSA and security officials. According to a report from an airline security official, their baggage was also removed and searched, the search finding nothing of apparent danger. According to a law enforcement official interviewed by telephone by this investigator on Monday, investigation revealed that all of the Muslim passengers are acquainted with each other and are associated with (or have ties to) a large Islamic center that has been the subject of investigative interest.
According to one aircraft passenger I interviewed, what happened next was “unbelievable” and caused a great deal of upset among the aircraft passengers and flight crew (some who opted off the flight in anger, fear, or admittedly, a mixture of both emotions).
After a lengthy delay while officials dealt with these Muslim passengers, ten (one uncorroborated report suggests 11) of the Muslim passengers were permitted to re-board the same aircraft to complete their flight. Some passengers and flight crew, traumatized by the blatant actions of the Muslim passengers, refused to travel with the Muslims who caused this orchestrated disturbance.
The flight continues
According to flight logs and information from one of the flight crew who continued with the flight, AirTran 297 ultimately departed Atlanta and arrived in Houston later that evening. The flight, however, was not without its curious incidents by the very same Muslim men who caused the initial delay and disturbance.
During the flight, one passenger interviewed by this investigator described the behavior of two of the Muslim passengers as less overt but still suspicious in nature. Without apparent legitimate purpose, one Muslim passenger moved a stowed bag from one part of the aircraft to another, well away from his seated position. Another spoke loudly in Arabic, with all appearing to interact in one form or another.
Ultimately, the flight landed safely and despite the early incidents in Atlanta, the Muslim passengers appeared able to leave freely from the terminal.
Comments from flight crew and airline personnel
As initially stated, proper and accurate investigation takes time to corroborate eyewitness accounts, which are often unreliable, contradictive and in cases like this, colored by emotion. Having interviewed a total of seven-(7) individuals directly involved in this incident over the last several days, including two law enforcement officers who handled the after action reports, the situation pertaining to the initial 13 and remaining 10 or 11 Muslim men allowed to continue their travels was far greater than an incident involving the unauthorized use of a cell phone that resulted in a minor flight delay, as reported by the mainstream media.
According to one airline security official, “This was a deliberate, well planned attempt to disrupt a domestic flight that was organized in advance of the boarding of these [Muslim] passengers. The purpose of their actions appeared to be multi-faceted, not the least of which was an attempt to change their status from passengers to victims of religious profiling. The situation was handled in a manner that we believe might have avoided an incident like USAir had in 2006, where everyone from the passengers who reported suspicious behavior to the airline was subjected to legal action by the Muslim passengers.”
While litigation might have been avoided, passengers and flight crew remain traumatized, and our air travel system was unnecessarily disrupted during one of the busiest air travel weeks in the U.S. The agenda of the Islamists behind this incident is clear, yet no one in the media seems to have the desire to expose these ideological cretins for what they are.

As initially stated, proper and accurate investigation takes time to corroborate eyewitness accounts, which are often unreliable, contradictive and in cases like this, colored by emotion. Having interviewed a total of seven-(7) individuals directly involved in this incident over the last several days, including two law enforcement officers who handled the after action reports, the situation pertaining to the initial 13 and remaining 10 or 11 Muslim men allowed to continue their travels was far greater than an incident involving the unauthorized use of a cell phone that resulted in a minor flight delay, as reported by the mainstream media.
According to one airline security official, “This was a deliberate, well planned attempt to disrupt a domestic flight that was organized in advance of the boarding of these [Muslim] passengers. The purpose of their actions appeared to be multi-faceted, not the least of which was an attempt to change their status from passengers to victims of religious profiling. The situation was handled in a manner that we believe might have avoided an incident like USAir had in 2006, where everyone from the passengers who reported suspicious behavior to the airline was subjected to legal action by the Muslim passengers.”
While litigation might have been avoided, passengers and flight crew remain traumatized, and our air travel system was unnecessarily disrupted during one of the busiest air travel weeks in the U.S. The agenda of the Islamists behind this incident is clear, yet no one in the media seems to have the desire to expose these ideological cretins for what they are.
